Refunds and Returns
Have something to return or need a refund? No need to worry. We offer a quick and easy refund and returns policy. Any product can be returned for a full refund within 5 days of the product delivery date. Refunds are issued for valid product issues and concerns. Simply send us an email at Support@neocloth.com and include your name, address, order number and reason for dissatisfaction with your product. If there was a quality issue please also include a photo so we can ensure that no other customers have to deal with a similar situation.
- Note: We do not offer refunds due to shipping delays, unless it has been more than 25 business days from the date of purchase confirmation for orders shipped to the US or 40 Business days for orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. Please be patient with us, if you have any concerns please reach out to us via email at email@example.com.
For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept physical returns of products. After you send us an email explaining your issue, we will process your request and issue you a full refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for refund processing. Once processing is complete you may keep the open product or donate any unopened products to a local charity.
